The Gabor Series Abdominal/Back Extension is a dual-function machine designed to allow users to perform two exercises without leaving the machine. Both exercises use comfortable padded shoulder straps. Easy position adjustment provides two starting positions for a back extension and one for an abdominal extension. Users can easily use additional weight to increase workload by simply pushing the lever.
